The safety and security of your personal information is important
to us. That is why we have tried to make this information as secure
as we can without impacting on your ability to access it.

data can only be accessed by the input of a username and password
combination. We ask you to keep your username and password safe
and secure, and not to use any words which may be easy to guess
by anyone who has knowledge of you.
Also, on
occassions, we may change the access passwords or method of access
should we deem fit.
Please note
we will NEVER contact you by email, phone or any other method
and ask you for your password. Should anyone do so please contact
us immediately.
We do not
store your credit card facilities on our servers or in our database,
so you will be required to enter these details every time you
make a payment. Your credit card details are input directly on
the ANZ Bank's secure server [we don't even get to see your card
details], such that information cannot be intercepted and deciphered
by anyone sniffing around the Internet. If you do not want to
enter your details you may pay by cheque (although please leave
10 working days for the processing of cheques) by sending to Trusts
On-Line, PO Box 96 214 Balmoral, Auckland, or contact
us if you would rather pay by electronic transfer.
We do not
allow ANY third party to have access to your information, email,
or street address. We do not sell customer details to mailings
list vendors. The only information emailed to you will be with
direct regard to your Trust; the documents and Minutes; reminders;
important information should our recommendations or the financial
or legal climate alter with regard to Trusts; and regular newsletters
containing pertinent information.
